15-year structural

Every building carries a 15-year structural guarantee, provided that:

• the timber is treated with a suitable preservative every year, and
• the building sits on a firm, level base (concrete, patio slabs or compacted gravel), and
• there is no flooding around the area.

The building does not include a floor.

30-year EPDM roof

Our EPDM rubber roof upgrade carries its own 30-year guarantee.

Not covered

• Damage caused by horses or any other livestock
• Misuse or poor maintenance
• Buildings not placed on a firm, level base (concrete, patio slabs or compacted gravel), or in an area that floods
